The spa is wonderful! There is a sauna, cold plunge pool, mineral bath, spa and steam room included! But the best is the privacy and that you have the whole space to yourself ☺️☺️. Getaway day spa will see us again 🧖‍♀️🧖‍♀️

I had the best day at the spa. The facilities were great. Steam room, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, hot tub and pool. I also had the most amazing facial and massage. I treated myself to a breakfast in the restaurant upon arrival and also had an afternoon tea mid afternoon. I felt truly relaxed when I left the hotel

Fantastic massage from my preferred masseur, who really knows a lot about the body. I am always very impressed. Fantastic receptionists who always make me feel very welcome. Fantastic spa facilities; steam room, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and salt room. Great for relaxing in after my massage session.

Val was a great massage therapist. He was very professional and did a great job. And I really enjoyed the Nordic spa as well, spending time in the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, salt room, and hot stone slab room.

For a first time visit I had no expectations so unable to judge, massage very good, facial for him a new experience altogether. Steam room very good temperature, sauna very cool, don't know why. Good value overall. Relaxation room very nice, good facilities, whole experience would have been better if shared.

Lovely experience in the Bathhouse at Exhale. 90 minutes for $60 was excellent value - we had access to three magnesium hot tubs of differing temperatures two infra-red saunas, and a standard steam sauna. We passed on the ice baths - maybe next time! Liliana was lovely, and full of useful information for our first visit. Highly recommend.

Η εμπειρία μου σε αυτό το σπα τι να πρώτο πω δεν ξέρω..... Ο χώρο φανταστικός πεντακαθαρος προσφέρει ηρεμία με το που περνάς την πόρτα..... Το προσωπικό υπέροχο χαμογελαστό , εξυπηρέτηση άψογη .. Τα εκανα όλα χαμάμ ,σάουνα,τζακουζι όλα όμως αυτό που με έκανε να χαλαρώσω πραγματικά ήταν τα χέρια της Εμμανουέλας!!!υπέροχη στη δουλειά της ,ξέρει ακριβώς τι χρειάζεται το σώμα για να χαλαρώσει ,δυνατό και χαλαρωτικό μασάζ μαζι...ότι έπρεπε..... Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ κάναμε μια φανταστική αρχή και σίγουρα θα με βλέπετε συχνά ....

Native Plant Spa is truly a little oasis in the middle of Taos. I did the stone and herbal ritual with a friend, and it was such a special experience. I usually can only tolerate steam saunas for 5–10 minutes, but with the herbs I was able to stay for 15–20 minutes—and my lungs felt incredibly soothed afterward. I loved the rhythm of moving between the hot stone bed, sauna, and tub. Ella has created such a peaceful, intentional space, and finishing with delicious chai and energy balls was the perfect touch.

Such a gorgeous and tranquil experience. Janine offers a slice of heaven. The saunas are clean, relaxing and perfect for a rejuvenating experience. Every detail is thought of- from instructions on how to use the sauna, access to bathrooms, change room and the electrolyte shot at the end of the session. Thanks for a great experience.🔥❤️

We love going to Sauna collective! The 2 sauna rooms are great and it's great to have indoor room to change which I have never seen at other saunas, the view is so soothing and beautiful and the team always so lovely and welcoming!

I love an infrared sauna and could happily use one a few times a week. This one was pretty good. The preset temp was a little high for me (about 61degrees) and I needed to drop it to about 56. I usually like to have a nap in infrared saunas but found it a little tough here, as I could hear chatter from the reception area. Will bring loop earplugs next visit.

Overall, great experience. Today, and a few other times recently I have used the infrared Sauna, it was started for me but was not usually on the highest infrared setting (red) and the temperature was not above 130 F yet. For my future saunas, could staff have it pre-set for me at the highest infrared setting and temperature at least at 130-135F to start, unless that is considered too hot to begin with? If possible, I would like to have the majority of my sauna time between 135-150F, at the highest infrared setting for the lamps (red setting, instead of blue or green). Thanks!

Was a really good experience. It was the first time trying the contrast sauna/steam room/ice bath at this place and I genuinely loved it. The steam room is incredible.

Today’s visit to Ember Bathhouse was exactly the weekend reset I needed. Candles, dim lighting , music and calm, intentional atmosphere set the tone — everything about this space invites you to slow down and relax... I love moving between the hot mineral bath, sauna, lounge and steam room at my own pace. It wasn’t a chatty crowd today, which made the whole experience even more restorative — fewer voices, more stillness, and calm. As a holistic health coach myself, I know how rare it is to find a space that gets the details of relaxation right. Ember definitely does.

Second time for a sauna session, love the whole experience, all the little details such as extra towels, robes, essential oils are so lovely. Love the use of full proper bathroom with every product you need to utilise and walk out fresh and clean. Don’t need to take a thing with you, not even a water bottle. Used many saunas and spas over the years and this one is hands down the best and most thought out. Highly recommend!

Christian was great, I told him the type of deep tissue massage i wanted and he gave me exactly what I was looking for. The bathroom facilities are nice with lockers, shower, toilet and basic necessities. There are no hot tubs, hot room , steam room etc.

Had a lovely hour all to my self in the bath house, so nice, sauna, steam room, bucket shower, rain shower and a lovely hot bath with bubbles and bath bomb and next to it an ice bath, but the sort of baths that you can sit in or slouch in with your feet up. Just such a relaxing hour followed by and back massage and then facial. All so beautifully done I floated out thoroughly relaxed on the hottest day of the year. It was a lovely temperature inside the spa so thank you for working on such a hot day to give me such a lovely afternoon

The staff is very friendly. I brought mom with me. The traditional massage is appropriate for elder and smooth for me. The sauna and steam room are spacious. Jacuzzi also nice and clean. Overall great and superb. Wish to come and repeat.

Excellent lymphatic massage after a sauna. Definitely could get addicted to the saunas! Such a lovely experience and the massage left me feeling very relaxed.

The massage with Mitch was really wonderful and a great start to the experience. It was quite cold day and not pleasant waiting for the shower. The communal bath was fun. And I appreciated the various level of infared sauna. I would really have enjoyed a steam room and may have been more inclined to use cold plunge. I am not sure if cold plunge is aligned with my needs as much as others but it was great to have both options. In general facilities we super clean, nice touch to have a tea and magnesium water. Love that.

I have been using Sunlighten AU saunas over 5 years. Kalm springs is a beautiful, tranquil place. Its soft neutral colour palette upon arriving and the lovely host walked us thru Kalm Springs showcasing the cold plunge , floating bath and Sunlighten au saunas. The rooms to the Saunas have a beautiful heavy curtain and the ceiling is open for the sauna experience. This will be my weekly retreat for my body to recover.

This was my 1st time here and it was a 1st class experience with excellent facilities. I had the infrared sauna and I have to say I felt so relaxed at the end, I could have fallen asleep. Normally I can only stand 5 minutes in the steam room or normal saunas but the infrared sauna is much more bearable. Definitely will be visiting again.

Such a wonderful experience! Both my body and mind felt completely relaxed and refreshed. Cindy and Fawza were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout the session. In addition to the massage, we also enjoyed access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room — which made the visit even more special. To top it all off, we were served hot tea by the pool after our treatment. Such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly relaxing spa day.
