How often should I get a sauna session in?

Many people enjoy saunas on a daily basis, but if you’re healthy and new to them, try 1-3 sessions per week. You can increase the number of appointments once your body is used to them. If you have cardiovascular disease or low blood pressure, you should consult your doctor before using a sauna.

How long does a sauna session take?
