As always, the service (From the talented Grace) was beyond exceptional. As long as Grace is working at NOAH Melbourne, I will be a faithful costomer. Now, In My Not So Humble Opinion, you should offer just facial massages, maybe 20-minute sessions or so, and (if you already do, I did not see the option at the Melbourne site) straight razor shave.

Lauren did a great job for my 86 year old father. He has Dementia, so shaving isn’t something he does anymore. Lauren cut his hair beautifully, shaved his beard, trimmed his mustache, and she even trimmed his brows. We will most definitely bring my dad back to Lauren. She’s kind and very thorough.

The tea tree oil for my beard burns my skin. Forehead and cheek bones, not where the straight razor shaved. Tried it twice to confirm, no clay mask the second time. Is there an alternative next time?

My 1st-time getting the King services, no hair shaved face and head. Including hot towels w/steaming suction & static type removal of dried skin and blackheads, follow by facial mask to revitalizing my skin ending with a soft & smooth face and bald head all done with a face massage. Finally, complementary drink of bourbon offered to relax tastefully. I'm looking forward to this every 3-months or as needed. Thanks Cisco, for the experience :)

This was my first time getting a haircut from Evan, and I was genuinely impressed. He has an incredible attention to detail and was able to craft exactly the look I wanted with very little direction. The whole experience felt like a proper barber session, from the precision in his fade work to the relaxing hot towel and straight razor cleanup. Decided to try Bo out as my regular barber was on vacation. Booked a 7.30 PM slot and was assigned Sophie (great choice, system!). Went for a straight razor beard shave. The shop itself was itdy and welcoming, and Sophie was both thorough and skilled. A great shave and a good experience overall.
