Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she's also warm, friendly, and always up for a good laugh, which instantly puts you at ease. I got waxing and eyebrow threading done by Sushma. She was really nice and gentle during waxing. She also ensured that I was not feeling excess heat or pain through out the session and ensured that she cleaned up completely. She also did my eyebrows perfectly! The women in Begonia are usually great all the time. Whether you get your nails, toes or eyebrows done. But I think as they have a new girl who did my eyebrow threading at this latest appointment, I was left with bits of hair from the threading all over my face and there was no aloe Vera gel or micellar water used on my skin afterwards. I had to ask to do it myself, as I was covered in brow hair. So my only comment, is could you please wipe down the brow area with something soothing for the skin, like aloe Vera after the threading and to also remove threaded brow hairs! Thanks!

My experience was wonderful. I arrived expecting to thread my eyebrows, got some advice and decided to try waxing instead. It was nearly painless, much quicker than threading, and I love how my brows turned out. I also got my nails done and the nail tech was really kind, a great conversationalist, and my nails turned out really pretty even though they were very busted looking when I first arrived. Overall very happy with the experience, I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone who wants professional and friendly service.

Rahil is always the best for eyebrows. I’ve been going to her for probably 4+ years now and I cannot imagine going to anyone else for my eyebrows, even though it’s quite a drive for me as I don’t live too close to the area, but it is completely worth it. I have thick middle eastern eyebrows, so I am always worried about them getting ruined or too thinned out and she has never disappointed! The best eyebrow threading is truly done by her. Her place is also very clean as well.

Perry is absolutely amazing at eyebrow threading! She is extremely patient, gentle, and truly skilled at what she does. Her hospitality is always wonderful, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I love the service every time I visit. Even though I live in Ramsgate, I always travel to Westgate just to have my eyebrows done by Perry — that’s how good she is! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting, I had lash lift and tint as well as brow threading. My eyebrows look 100% better than before (had unfortunately let my brows get out of control) my lash lift is still setting but so far looks amazing! Will be returning.

Kirsty is excellent at eyebrow threading and shaped my brows perfectly—nice and sharp, just how I wanted them. The only feedback I have is regarding a slight delay, as I was taken in about 10 minutes late. That said, I understand this could have been due to the busy Christmas season.

Had a really great experience getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Jazz was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She took her time to shape my brows perfectly and checked I was happy throughout. The threading was gentle and much less painful than I expected, and the tint colour was spot on—natural but made such a difference. My brows look so much fuller, defined and tidy. Really pleased with the result and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal experience - was feeling run down beforehand. I arrived to a welcoming and warm environment. The facial was wonderful and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, with great facial massage techniques and tailoring it to my skin's needs. I also had eyebrow threading with a brow and lash tint. I had half leg, underarm,Brazilian, and upper lip, +threading wax and eyebrow threading done. 100% is the BEST waxing experience I have ever had! If you want a relaxing (yes, I said relaxing) wax/threading experience, this is the place to go. The price is excellent, and you're not left feeling all sticky with wax afterwards and they actually listen to you about what you want done; I have one eyebrow that is shorter than the other, if it's waxed/threaded the same way the normal eyebrow is, I will end up with half an eyebrow. I told them this and boom. Eyebrows are equal. I will be back.
