This was my third time experiencing contrast therapy, but my first visit to Sweat & Chill, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I arrived, Chelle made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and guided me through the experience, making it both relaxing and enjoyable. The sauna and ice bath combination was incredible. Thank you, Chelle, for such a wonderful experience I’ll definitely be back and bring my 12 year old daughter with me✨

Fantastic massage from my preferred masseur, who really knows a lot about the body. I am always very impressed. Fantastic receptionists who always make me feel very welcome. Fantastic spa facilities; steam room, dry and wet sauna, jacuzzi and salt room. Great for relaxing in after my massage session.

Première visite à L’Absolu Spa et nous avons adoré! Le spa est magnifique, propre et très intime. La réceptionniste était vraiment gentille et a tout bien expliqué. Le bain flottant en duo et le sauna étaient parfaits, très relaxants. Mon massage était correct, sans être exceptionnel, mais j’aimerais essayer un autre massothérapeute la prochaine fois. Dans l’ensemble, une très belle expérience. Nous reviendrons certainement :)

Felt great after my infrared sauna session as always! Just one thing to note, I attended to take advantage of the 10th anniversary discount, and the promotional email mentioned that a few different freebies would be distributed during the day. However, the receptionist didn't offer me anything - I had to ask myself - and only got given a Loco Love chocolate (still fun but just a bit misleading!)

Native Plant Spa is truly a little oasis in the middle of Taos. I did the stone and herbal ritual with a friend, and it was such a special experience. I usually can only tolerate steam saunas for 5–10 minutes, but with the herbs I was able to stay for 15–20 minutes—and my lungs felt incredibly soothed afterward. I loved the rhythm of moving between the hot stone bed, sauna, and tub. Ella has created such a peaceful, intentional space, and finishing with delicious chai and energy balls was the perfect touch.

We love going to Sauna collective! The 2 sauna rooms are great and it's great to have indoor room to change which I have never seen at other saunas, the view is so soothing and beautiful and the team always so lovely and welcoming!

Beautiful high end space with luxurious facilities and products for the Infrared sauna. The staff were friendly and helpful which made the whole experience a delight. Highly recommend and great value compared to other infrared saunas I’ve used.

Great location, beautiful sauna & view and Sarah was very friendly! Will come again! The sauna is very hot though - couldn't stay in for more than 5m at a time. Maybe I'm just not used to it as its been a few years. But wonder if it could be a tiny bit cooler.

The staff is very friendly. I brought mom with me. The traditional massage is appropriate for elder and smooth for me. The sauna and steam room are spacious. Jacuzzi also nice and clean. Overall great and superb. Wish to come and repeat.

First time at Contrast and I absolutely loved it. I had a private room with access to the sauna, ice bath, and Netflix. What more could you want?? The staff were so lovely and helpful and the overall vibe was very relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my experience, paying the extra for the infrared sauna was worth it. The space was clean and the reception staff were lovely. The only thing I felt could be improved was the "bespoke" salt scrub felt like it was just run of the mill rose scrub instead of bespoke. I suppose I was expecting it to be a base and then you choose the fragrance or something? Or maybe just change the wording from bespoke to rose salt scrub. This did not take away from my experience and I will return but just some feedback :)

Regular customers. Amazing service everytime we walk through the doors! Hygiene and equipment is best in town. Sauna/ice bath is our regular service!

Clean well presented facilities, friendly staff, great location, easy. Everything you need for a sauna, soak or plunge. Few small tweaks could level it up but it's already worthy of five stars. Biggest challenge is the behaviour of some of the other patrons. Mobile phone use in shared facilities was common and blatant. There's a lack of signage communicating that this isn't allowed. It seems like it's not policed at all. I'm not precious about someone checking messages but I don't want to have to worry about opting out of being in the back of a stangers sauna selfies.

I’m telling you when I say I was super relaxed at the end of the sauna I mean I was floating. Such a beautiful atmosphere. I went busy and felt completely relaxed and comfortable. The small touches like the water and towels made it really nice too. The smell of the salon and sauna was so pleasant and made me relax also. You can listen to what ever you wish because the sauna has blue tooth. I highly recommend this gorgeous place. Oh and my skin was super soft after too.

Loved the experience. Fit out is immaculate, thoughtful and extremely clean. I do have a suggestion. It was my first time in your bathhouse, and I would have loved to know the health benefits of the services, such as the cold plunge pool, the magnesium pool, and the difference between the steam room and the cedar sauna. I had asked but didn't really get an answer. Knowing this would have given me a better understanding on how to best utilise your offerings.

كانت جلسة المساج جيدة بشكل عام، لكن هناك بعض الملاحظات التي أتمنى أخذها بعين الاعتبار لتحسين تجربة العملاء. كانت هناك خيارات متعددة للروائح أو الزيوت العطرية لكن وقت الجلسه افادت ان بس لافندر، من الأفضل توفير أكثر من خيار ليتناسب مع تفضيلات كل عميل. كذلك، سيكون من الجميل تقديم مشروب دافئ بعد انتهاء الجلسة، فهذه اللفتة البسيطة تضيف شعورًا بالاهتمام وتُكمل تجربة الاسترخاء بشكل أفضل.
