Laura is very welcoming and the treatment so far has been fab she puts you at ease by talking through your treatment and to help you understand what happens next. 100% recommend laser hair removal with Cassie! I've had such a brilliant reduction so far after just 4 sessions. It's pretty much painless, a very occasional heat sensation but nothing that actually hurts. Cassie is so good at cooling the skin down first it's very comfortable. They waxed in tandem, then one applied cooling gel while Malini performed the laser, making the session efficient and distracted from discomfort. The sensation was very manageable, with only mild pinpricks over bony areas like toes, knees or where the hair was thicker. Malini kept moving between treatment areas, which made it more comfortable. If you’re looking for meticulous hair removal, this is a great place. They ensure no hairs are missed and carefully remove ingrown hairs after waxing. It was a clean and efficient experience.

After nearly 2 years of laser treatments elsewhere with little to no lasting results, I was amazed by the difference after seeing Alice. After just one session, I noticed significantly less hair growth, and now only 4 sessions later, I have virtually no hair at all. The results have been incredible!
