I came in for a massage due to neck and shoulder pain from a car accident. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable about muscle tension and meridian pathways. He was able to quickly identify the problem areas and effectively relieve my discomfort. I felt a noticeable improvement after the session. She was incredibly considerate during my massage, took my pain threshold into account and adjusted the pressure whenever needed without making it feel awkward. Dan explained exactly what to expect beforehand, which felt thoughtful, trauma-informed and never assumed prior massage experience.
