Lovely setting, Ploy put me at ease as soon as I arrived. I had the sports massage which was honestly the best massage I've ever had. Ploy worked to relive years of built up tension and found knots I didn't know I had! I highly recommend ☺️

I went for a sports massage with Steph after struggling with a repetitive strain injury in my hip, as well as neck and shoulder pain, and I was so impressed. She took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the massage to exactly what I needed. Her technique was effective, and she checked in throughout to ensure the pressure was right. I felt a noticeable difference straight after, and my mobility was much better the next day. I highly recommend Steph and will definitely be back!

My visit this time with Vicki was due to having pain with sciatica pain. Vikki carried out a sports massage with cupping to the lower area to release the tight muscles around the area. Next day was sore but such a difference! Great service once again.

I had an excellent experience!! Dasha was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand where I was experiencing tightness and discomfort. She applied the right amount of pressure and explained what she was doing throughout the session. After the massage, I felt much looser, with improved mobility and significantly less muscle tension. The treatment room was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a high-quality sports massage

I had my sports massage taster session with Alan this morning. My shoulders and lower back were my main concerns for today, Alan went through what could be causing these issues. We carried out different movements so he could physically see how my areas were reacting before massaging. This was my first sports massage session ever, and what a difference just from having a little done in that time! I would recommend Alan to anyone thinking about having this kind of massage! Just had an amazing sports massage with Benji and would highly recommend him. He took the time to listen carefully to my areas of concern and focused on relieving the tension where I needed it most. He immediately put me at ease with his professional and friendly approach. I could definitely feel the benefits of the treatment afterwards, with less tension and greater ease of movement.
