Rene is friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to assess my mobility and posture and spoke with me in depth about my problem areas and what I can do between treatments to help with stiffness and sore muscles. She did cupping along with sports massage. I'm happy to have confirmed that I am very healthy 😊

I absolutely love coming to see Emily. Not only does she help fix my back whilst we have a good catch up, she really understands the human muscles and has a genuine interest into how an injury has come about (job related, sports related, gardening related or for me a combination of all 3...). I honestly couldn't recommend Emily enough and the added bonus is that she is just such a lovely person!

Rene was really professional and very friendly. Rene asked me about any areas I wanted to work on and talked me through the process as she did the treatment. I had a massage with cupping. She also gave me stretches to do daily and reminded me of other good advice that would help like staying hydrated.

Been a while since id had a massage and have recently had niggling problems with my lower back. Had the Sports massage and really enjoyed it, started to feel the benefits already the next morning, also enjoyed speaking to Ruth during the session and will be booking another session in the next month or so.

Excellent service! Best massage I’ve had in a very long time. Very skilled and knowledgable, took her time to work through each knot and didn’t shy anway from using hard pressure as requested. She also let me know which parts of my body were tighter than others and advised me on how to work through the tightness at home moving forward. Will definitely return!

I have been to Rene on two occasions now for a sports massage and have been really impressed with her professionalism to what I was needing to relief the discomfort/pain I was experiencing in my lower back, shoulders and neck due to starting a new career. Rene’s approach is friendly and informative while putting you at ease while having your treatment with both cupping and hands on technique. I feel in a much better place physically and mentally after I have had my treatments, I would highly recommend Rene!!

I had a heavy week of training following a week off. Legs, back and shoulders were all tight - 45 mins sports massage and I’m back in the game! Rene found all the trouble spots and sorted me out! Excellent as always.
