Best Sports Massages in Brighton

Well, having not had a sports massage before, I'm kicking myself for not coming here earlier. I've had lower back stiffness for a while and Natalie seems to have needed it all away. They are a very polite, professional group of people who really care and listen while also having magic hands! Highly recommend, thanks Natalie.

I have known Marta for about 6 years now (from before she opened Rest) and have followed her wherever she went… because I honestly think she’s the best beautician in Brighton! I love her energy too and always look forward to my treatment. Never been disappointed with Marta. Not even once. I absolutely love Rest, a little island of calm in busy Brighton. And not a cheap or tacky decor like a lot of other salons out there (sorry!) but a tasteful and very nice environment to unwind in. Thank you Marta :)

This was my first massage with Alice and it was wonderful. She put me at ease straight away and the neck, back and shoulders treatment was amazing. I felt so relaxed and less tense and knotted. Highly recommend and I will booking again. Thankyou Alice.

We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I would recommend the Mini-Spa package, it's great value for money and great way to treat yourself to rest & relaxation. Thank you Wellness & Beauty

This was my 3rd sports massage with Alex and it just gets better every time! I really appreciate how he tailors the bodywork to my specific problem areas. I have lower back issues and Alex does an amazing job of releasing tension points and stretching me out. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to my next session.

I've started going to Tom for some therapy on a hip injury I had last summer which made me nervous I'd never be able to run again (I've been an avid runner for 45+ years now). Once it was healed through the amazing PT Tom did for it, I continued with sessions. I've been feeling so great ever since I started with the PT, and just last weekend I ran the Brighton Half Marathon in my fastest half marathon time in over 10 years! I'm so relieved and pleased with the therapy & strength exercises given to me to keep my 55 year old body injury free. 😉😂 . Thanks Positive Touch!

I had a sports massage and it was amazing. Natasha could feel what was wrong with my back right away and managed to relieve so much pressure and tension.
