Amazing massage with Tara - talked me through the issues I had and made me feel at ease straight away. Plenty of laughter and the best sports massage I have had. Will definitely be going back when I need to; no hard sales push from Tara who told me to listen to my body and I will know when I need to see her again. Cannot recommend this lovely lady enough. 5 stars all the way !!

Extremely welcoming, unbeatable approach to my issues, one short session helped more than years of physio and massage therapy elsewhere. The cause was treated rather than just fettering pain all while the whole experience being enjoyable. Very gentle approach. Will be revisiting frequently! Cannot recommend enough.

Geff was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to me and i didn't feel rushed in any way.

Geoff is an absolutely lovely down to earth man who tells it like it is. Unfortunately was not able to treat me but was honest and upfront about why, explaining alot more than my doctor has. He didn't charge me for my session either. Whilst I'm gutted I didn't get to experience his expertise hands on I am thankful for our chat and his advice. Highly recommend
