I had a great experience at ELITE! Nat was incredibly helpful in explaining the treatment for my lower back pain and legs. The sports massage really helped reduce tension, and the infrared sauna blanket relieved muscle pain and destressing. I'll definitely be booking with Nat again soon. Thanks ELITE!

Visited chloe after a recommendation as I’d been having issues with my hip for a year! I’d spent money on various osteopaths, sports massages but none had made any difference. After 2 visits to chloe the pain had halved and now I just have regular visits to maintain. Would def recommend as she is so knowledgable about the way our bodies work and listens to what the issues are. Glad I found her

I had a great massage with Chloe! She is very knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable. We were both wearing masks, she had hand sanitiser on arrival and also took my temperature. She focussed on the areas which were causing me the most pain and she recommended acupuncture to really help loosen up those tight muscles for which I feel great! I’ll definitely be going to see Chloe again.

AMAZING! If you're sitting on the fence, let me reassure you to absolutely make time for yourself and go. Chloe is a beautiful human, so knowledgeable in her field and truly gifted. I felt so relaxed, calm and the difference in my mobility afterwards was huge. On top of that, Chloe was eager to share any info that would help me and refer to a colleague if and when necessary. Chloe is brilliant. Chloe has been working on me for the last few months, I had a fall about 10 years ago so working at home in the same postion had made me have a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain. Since chloe has worked on me I feel better and I'm walking better. Chloe explains everything to you and makes you understand how your muscles and ligaments work together.
