Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

Had an amazing deep tissue massage and facial from Lexi. She worked on my extremely tight shoulder muscles and they feel so loose now. I booked a one hour Balinese massage and it was wonderful. I will highly recommend bambu therapy if you're after a relaxing or a sports massage.

I can't recommend Lauren enough. I went in with a few ongoing aches and tight spots from training, and she instantly made me feel comfortable and listened to. She really knows her stuff—not just going through the motions, but actually explaining what’s going on and working through it with real care. The massage itself was exactly what I needed: firm where it needed to be, but never painful or rushed. I walked out feeling looser, lighter, and just better. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate about what she does and really wants to help people move and feel their best.

I have been visiting Pennie for around 6 months as I initially had a problem with my neck, this has now completely gone thanks to the sports massages and physio plan that Pennie created for me! I continue to regularly attend appointments to keep my muscles in check and find it massively helps my mobility and recovery post exercise. Pennie is very friendly, professional and helpful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sports massages!

My first experience of a sports massage and Mclochelle was great from the get go. Really friendly reassuring and made the whole experience great! Legs felt great after and the massage and will certainly be back. Very good value for money and really easy to book in, too!
