I had such an amazing experience at Lash Up. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Brodeen is an exceptional Lash and Brow technician. Five ⭐️ service always! After over 6 months of having my lashes done and refilled by Brodeen I can state these are the best, longest lasting lashes I have ever had! I’ve been having eyelash extensions for >4 years…do yourself a favour and join the YY revolution- no stickies, no early loss, no bald patches fr me at 3 weeks😵…and NO request for a review ever. I recently found Lara for hybrid lash extensions and honestly, I wish I had discovered her much sooner! I’ve been to quite a few lash technicians before, but no one has ever been as good as her. She is incredibly skilled and so gentle — the whole appointment was relaxing and comfortable from start to finish. My lashes have never lasted as long as they do when she does them. The retention is amazing, and they always look full, fluffy, and beautifully done. On top of that, she’s such a lovely, friendly girl who makes you feel completely at ease. Went here for eyelash extensions for my wedding, they were done very well and they’re still going strong 2 weeks later. Only things that were a bit disappointing was the beautician was 30 minutes late and I had to chase up the owner to find out what was going on (I almost left) and the price was high as £80 for a full set to me seems a bit steep. I got charged full price even though my appointment was 30 minutes late.

I went in with pain from extensions off another lash artist in geelong and the girls were so great. I unfortunately had to have my lashes removed on the day as they were in such poor condition but tbh r ladies spent their time and make sure I wasn’t in any pain and constantly reassuring me. Going in next week for a full set to be done after a little break for my lash health but looking forward to it so much. These ladies are so lovely, 100% recommend.
