Caroline is fantastic. Great understanding of aches and pains, knows just how to relieve sore muscles, super strong hands which is great for sports massage. Always leave feeling unstuck and rebooted! Welcoming and comfortable environment.

What a lovely experience. Elaine is in a gorgeous spot right on the coast away from the bussle of Whistable; well worth the trip. My full body, relaxation massage for 90 min was magical and just what the doctor ordered! I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to the area. Highly recommended.

Best massage I have ever had. Caroline is so knowledgeable & explains everything she is doing & why (which I love). I had been suffering from tension headaches which is what prompted my visit & Caroline explained that I hold alot of tension in my neck & shoulders but also in my hips which is all interlinked! She worked it all out & I feel incredible. She also showed me some stretches I can do at home. I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough & am looking forward to my next visit. Thank-you Caroline, you are amazing.

I've recently had pain in my arm due to a trapped nerve in my neck and just the right amount of pressure was applied to those areas and I left feeling great. Highly recommended.

Elaine was amazing. She really targeted my problem areas, where I build up the most tension. And gave me small exercises to do daily to help with these areas. Will be booking the course of massages asap and will aim for monthly sessions! Can't wait x

Had a fantastic session, 1-hour sports massage. Dan is very friendly and welcoming, as well as being competent, skilled and knowledgeable. After initial assessment, he was able to describe what it is he was doing before applying different techniques. He was also very helpful with some follow-up work. Highly recommended.
