Training for more than 20yrs but I found Matt 1 year ago. Disappointed that I didn’t find Matt sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted so many years doing the wrong things! Not only changed my body composition but undid all my bad habits, corrected my form so I now train without getting injured and also hit the correct targeted muscle for the exercise being executed. An absolute investment worth spending on yourself. He’s a man mountain who knows his craft and practice what he preaches. Super friendly and very approachable.

Shania is a very energetic and compassionate personal trainer. A great personality to learn from. She wants the best for her clients and constantly checks up on them every step of the way. She has taught me heaps and I have seen great results. I would recommend her to anyone. - Lia

I highly recommend Coach Stefan Balev! My son has trained with Stefan for the past 5–6 months, and the progress has been incredible. Eduardo is a great instructor. Very knowledgeable and clear in explaining movements and posture. He motivates and pushes you. He gave me very valuable tips on how to use gym equipment and maximise my training. I would definitely recommend!

Dani focuses on what you require for your goal. If there is a weakness, she will focus to strengthen that. Setup is well equipped, pushes you to achieve your goal. Having a lot of fun while training hard. Would highly recommend her services.

I recently had Botox at Haus of DRA with Sue, Nurse Practitioner, who was training Mark. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Sue's expertise and guidance were reassuring, and Mark was incredibly gentle, professional and attentive throughout the treatment. I felt completely at ease knowing he was being supported by such an experienced practitioner. Thank you both for making the experience so comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haus of DRA and look forward to returning.

I’ve had sports massages from James for quite a while now and not really needed his physio skills until today. I came one hour earlier than my planned training with another PT. Jake was kind enough to step in to train me. Because @Hypertrofit has really good logs of exercises done it was not an issue for Jake to follow through from last session. Thank you Jake

The InBody scan is such a great bit of kit to compliment any training you are doing. It tells you if training and eating are getting you the results you want and more. The time you get with Mark after to chat about the results is invaluable. From the results he is a fountain of knowledge about what your next steps could be to get you nearer to any goals you have set. I can’t imagine training and not having a scan every few weeks to see where I’m at.

I have enjoyed working with Charlotte. She is friendly, motivating and always pushes me to do my best. Since starting with Charlotte I have become stronger,fitter and most of all more confident in the gym and in myself. I had a really good sports massage at Rep Studio. My back was feeling very tight from training and heavy exercise, and after the session I felt so much better. The pressure was perfect and very targeted to the areas that needed it most. I left feeling looser, lighter and much more mobile. Highly recommend!

Jess is highly skilled at finding your points of tension, and then releasing that tension. Recent high training volume followed by a weeks holiday had left me feeling more sore than usual, an hour with Jess on Monday morning and I'm set up for a productive week of training and back at work.

Great intro session, Leon really understood my injury and my sports training, event participation and wish to get back to it as soon as possible! I love how we talked about bio-mechanics and neural pathways, he educated me so much about the messages from my brain and isolating muscle groups, chains and joints. Best massage I ever had too, without a doubt.

I absolutely love training with Chayenne! She’s super nice, welcoming, and makes me feel comfortable every session. She really pushes me through when I think I can’t anymore during training. I love the way she trains — structured, challenging, and tailored to my goals. As a woman, I truly feel understood. She gets the obstacles we face and helps me work through them while still improving. It honestly feels like training with a friend who has all the knowledge and expertise. SB uses her extensive training, experience and intuition to locate and heal parts of the body that hold stress and trauma. Additionally, her attentiveness and compassion make you feel like you're her only client! This experience is better than a deep tissue or hot stone massage any day.
