She managed to fit me in for an emergency appointment for acupuncture. Honestly felt so relaxed and felt much needed relief of pain. Made me feel very welcome and thorough in pre-assessment to make sure I got everything I needed. Definitely will be back. Great value for money too.

I have dealt with chronic migraines for over two years and I have tried quite a few different things to help me with some relief. After researching about Acupuncture I thought I'd give it a try. If only I had looked into this treatment over two years ago. After my first treatment with Peter my headache/pressure/pain and Vertigo had gone. I was really emotional. It was like I felt the pressure leave my body as he placed each of the needles. I felt so relaxed after the treatment and was headaches free right up to my next appointment. Booked a last min appointment with Gemma due to a shoulder injury and so glad I did, Gemma is so sweet and made me feel comfortable and welcome, amazing massage and targeted all the areas I was getting discomfort/pain from and felt instant relief and more movement after so hopefully back to normal in a few days. Recently, the stress of work has drained me physically and mentally. My friend recommended me to visit The Revive Bar for some overdue self-care. I walked into a cozy, clean salon and was greeted warmly by Joseph. I was nervous for my first massage, but Joseph's professional and respectful attitude helped me relax quickly. I asked to focus mostly on shoulders and back. Joseph expertly adjusted the strength of the massage based on my comfortability. My very first Thai foot massage, and baby… let me tell you…I walked out with brand new feet! It was absolutely beyond amazing and exactly what I needed. Bee was incredibly professional and had the perfect touch. The pressure was just right. It was sooo relaxing! As someone who lives with chronic foot pain and neuropathy in one foot, I was honestly blown away by how much relief I felt afterward. I had a car crash 4 years ago I’ve had loads of physio acupuncture ect my shoulder has been restricting me with so many things even to hold my toddler , today I had an appointment with Karl words can not explain how incredible he is the treatments he has done has made me feel like a new woman I have 0 pain in my shoulder I have movement in any way I lift my arm I honestly would pay way more for this treatment then what it is he is a miracle worker . My experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and relieved after the session. Emma was absolutely excellent. She identified the source of my knee pain, gave me a clear and thorough explanation of the problem, recommended an exercise programme to strengthen the muscles and tendons, and then gave me treatment to help speed up the recovery, including acupuncture, infra red light, and massage to the affected areas. This place is a hidden gem. I have been coming here for over a year and I have never been disappointed. I started coming once a week when I was pregnant and was suffering with lots of pain in my hips and found great relief with the massage therapist's. I cannot recommend Zoe and her treatments enough. I was struggling with pain in my left leg and numbness in my foot. After her first treatment I came out of clinic feeling so much better. I have just had my second visit and I can't explain how much relief I can feel from my symptoms.

I’ve been seeing Martina to help with healing, pain relief & inflammation control following operations on my knee due to arthritis. Martina has been performing massage and Chinese medicine techniques which are making a distinct positive difference to my healing journey. Literally the next day I can feel relief in my knee and movement feels easier with the reduced inflammation. I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. I received an exceptional massage (90 mins.) I walked away feeling relief from pain and stiffness. Anthony seems to know exactly where you're having issues; with skill & technique, he alleviates any pain/soreness. He also provided suggestions to maintain the relaxed muscles in between appointments. 5 stars!!!

Serena is exceptional. She has an amazing ability to pinpoint exactly where the pain and tension are, almost as if she instinctively knows what areas need attention. I've never experienced a better massage and the relief I feel after her treatments is unmatched.
