I am a regular recipient of keratin smoothing treatments from Mane Code and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Tegan was so lovely and easy to get along with, it made time fly by so fast. I am obsessed with the results, it never fails to tame my frizzy hair and drastically reduces the amount of time I have to spend straightening on a daily basis. I couldn’t recommend Mane Code more!

The new smoothing treatment Leah is offering! This emphatic review is because I need her never to drop this from her services as I now know what pretty, healthy hair ALL DAY feels like. I’ve never met a piece of humidity or dampness my hair didn’t want to get frizzy for. The autumn/winter weather has been slapped back with my glossy smooth hair and, I love it. This review is for anyone else who wants to look in the mirror after it’s been a day, and not take a selfie to send to your besties saying… walked around like this, whilst you wait patiently for them to mock you. Jodee is a fab gal, and a hugely knowledgeable hairdresser. Today I had a Keratin treatment to calm my seriously frizzy hair. The price is totally acceptable. There is also a magazine to read; can't remember last time I saw one of those in a salon...thanks Jodee so much. By the way, the black bin bag hair cover to keep me dry in the rain, when leaving (the treatment of Keratin once dry should not get wet for a min of 3 days), worked a dream! See you again another time. Tx

Michell did an excellent job with the Brazilian Keratin treatment on my daughter’s hair. Her hair is thick and wavy, and the outcome is absolutely stunning. smooth, shiny, and healthy. Michell was very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. My daughter is very pleased with the result. Highly recommended!

I’m so happy I visited SU:M Hair & Spa. Zoe was genuinely so kind, patient, and easy to talk to — we connected over K-dramas, Korean actors and I felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. Even the director joined the conversation and made the place feel even more welcoming. The keratin treatment exceeded my expectations. My hair feels lighter, healthier, and beautifully smooth. I recently got a keratin treatment here and had a really great experience. The service was amazing from start to finish. She was very professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and took great care with my hair. My hair feels so smooth, shiny, and much easier to manage now. I’m really happy with the results and you can tell she truly cares about doing a great job. Had a fabulous time with Karola xx she made me a cup of coffee and took care of my care with such beautiful energy. All the time we were laughing and I can’t tell when the time has passed. Li did her new keratin treatment on my curly/ frizzy hair. I have hated my hair due to the curls not being curly and I am unable to straighten it any more. Well all I can say is WOW!!!!!! I was caught in drizzle/ rain for an hr or 2 yesterday and my hair stayed perfectly straight. If it was one of my previous keratin treatments ( from other hairdressers) the treatment would now be destroyed ( not keeping it dry for 48hrs) AMAZING!!!!! So impressed. I feel good about my hair again Thanks Li.

Had a Keratin blow dry medium with Kayt. My hair is very prone to frizz and my hair is naturally wavy. Kayt recommended me trying it at my previous cut, so as she said it was on offer I went for it ! Great chat, very professional and an overall fab experience. Let’s see how long it lasts, fingers crossed for straight glossy hair for 3-6 months 😁

Jaimilee is an absolute star! From start to finish, the service was a perfect 10/10. She is incredibly delicate in her work and clearly very knowledgeable about the keratin process, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable throughout. I am thrilled with my new hair! Went from coarse, curly, frizzy and dry to satiny, straight and flowing. Alena is a perfectionist and comes with lots of experience. Process took 4 hours but they allow 4.5. I highly recommend the keratine treatment and Alena.

I had a hair botox treatment done, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the result and the service! The procedure was performed very professionally . I really loved the way she washes hair: very thorough, gentle, and careful. She treats the hair with great care, never pulls or damages it, which is extremely important to me. After the treatment, my hair became smooth, soft, and shiny, looking healthy and well-groomed. The result exceeded my expectations.I will definitely come back again and will happily book a keratin treatment. Highly recommend!

I had a wash, blow-dry and curls for New Year’s Eve and Kyra did an amazing job! I have three rows of weft extensions and naturally frizzy, coarse hair, and it was clear the salon specialises in hair extensions. Kyra handled my hair beautifully — it was smooth, bouncy and held its curls perfectly all night. She was professional, lovely and incredibly skilled. I felt so confident walking out and highly recommend!

Came here to get a straightening keratin aswell as a haircut, and I’m super happy with the results. Every detail is taken into consideration and treatment was done very professionally. Staff is amazing and kind. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic how much care goes into choosing the best products that don't damage our hair - last keratine I had (done at a place that was NOT Glo) I think they used afro keratine on my hair to straighten it and it basically burnt my hair to a frazzle - only now is it back to where it was a year ago or more. Today I had a gentle kertaine that has left my hair fabulously straight and silky smooth in addition to yet another amazing cut - all by Flo @Glo Echo Beach

I’ve been to Kim a few times now, and I am always so pleased with how she does my hair. Today I had a Keratin smoothing and straightening treatment, and it’s not dramatic to say that the results are life changing. As someone who has thick frizzy hair, and has tried various other straightening techniques, this is by far the best result. I won’t need to style my hair with the straighteners for 6-9 months and it will save me so much time after washing it. Thank you again Kim x
