I tried the Infrared Red Light Therapy for the first time and absolutely loved it! It honestly felt like sunbathing, but without the burn or discomfort. The warmth was so relaxing, especially when I was lying on my back. I’ve read that infrared light can help improve blood circulation and support muscle recovery, and I can honestly say I did feel more relaxed and lighter after the session. t’s such a nice way to unwind and give your body a gentle boost. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to try something that feels both relaxing and energising at the same time.

Fantastic first session for myself and my wife,would highly recommend giving this a go.

First time at Nour, Aldo and Heather were very welcoming and I never felt rushed during my treatment. As a 70 year old man I have lots of aches and pains from neck to toes. On the day of my treatment my shoulder, elbow, hips and lower back were in a lot of pain. The previous morning I was having great difficulty walking due to my back being weak. I had a 20 min session, 10 min on back and 10 on front. The results, My lower back is vastly improved, doesn’t feel as weak, I am walking better and my hips at the moment are pain free. I will be continuing my treatment feeling positive on outcome

Perfect service from Aldo friendly welcoming you to the place making you feel comfortable in your experience. The red light therapy was very relaxing for the 20 minute session with aldo letting you play your own music for your own relaxation. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to others to come along and have the experience I had.

My first experience of red Light therapy, so far so good, will be monitoring over next few days and will no doubt be back for more sessions.

The clinic Aldo has set up is a lovely and he is a wonderfully generous and understanding guy. Nothing is too much bother, he listens to concerns and is happy to chat. The customer really is his priority. At the same time his own experience means he is knowledgeable about the treatments he offers, so you feel in safe hands.

Brilliant customer service, very pleasant and felt welcomed. Would highly recommend if you suffer from joint and muscle pain as it worked for me.

Thought I would give the red light treatment ago with me having fibromyalgia, FND and Arthritis. When I went to my appointment I was in a lot of pain, so I did 20min of the red light and felt so much better than I was, also able to get up of the chair better which was fab that I booked another appointment for two days time. Aldo was also great telling me how it all works, he is also so nice and friendly. Looking forward to Sunday session.

Aldo was very welcoming and explained the process well the memory foam mattress was comfortable as I have problems lying flat on a hard surface. I enjoyed the treatment very much the after effects were good with reduced lower back pain and the badly sprained wrist I have the pain is much improved. The only reason I have not rated 5 stars is that there was no step to help me up on to the bed and we had to improvise. Aldo assures me that he will sort this out

Amazing to try these new treatments after one session with the red light session. I feel a massive improvement in my mood, energy and even chronic pain symptoms are significantly improved and had a go at the chamber as a tester and I’ve booked back in again for the weekend for both. Highly recommend this and can’t wait to see how much helps me going forward and having some regular sessions

I suffer from a number of issues (stiff neck and shoulders, painful lower back, and EDS which has been in the pas few months giving me very painful hands). After a couple of sessions (30min) I noticed that I was moving better with my back muscles noticeably relaxed. The most immediate improvement were my hands which were pain-free for a few hours. I would be interested to see how I will feel after a course of sessions. Aldo is very friendly and will answer any questions you may have.
