So relaxing and honestly after I felt all my aches and pains disappeared- I had a niggly lower back pain that Victoria picked up on exactly where it was ( without me telling her) so far it has not come back 🤞

I went in with a lot of pain in my back, neck, and shoulders and came out feeling like a completely new person. The massage was absolutely amazing the pressure was perfect and really focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I Highly recommend Franki to anyone dealing with aches, stress, or muscle pain. I’ll definitely be coming back. You have new regular client for sure ❤️

Santana is an absolute Gem. This was only my second session with her and I honestly couldn't be happier. She knows exactly where the tension is and somehow makes all the aches just melt away. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling like a new person. If I could give her 100 stars instead of 5, I would she's that good ... I'll definitely be back again soon.

I’ve had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Nikki today. I booked just by chance as I had been feeling extra tension and pain in my upper back and neck. Nikki was very welcoming, talked through if I had previous massages- how I felt after them, do I have any medical conditions, it felt easy to open up to her about my conditions. My massage was tailored to my conditions, temple spa products were used which I love anyway and it was a great experience. I am looking forward to going back and hopefully having a treatment monthly.

I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. The pain and tightness I’d been dealing with has been significantly relieved, and I left feeling relaxed, lighter and able to move much more comfortably. Thank you Tikky!!

I was experiencing significant pain and tightness in my back muscles, extending from my neck down to my spine. Lana provided a professional sports massage that helped relieve the tension, reduce inflammation, and ease the strain in my muscles. After the treatment, I felt much more relaxed, comfortable, and mobile. I am very grateful for her skill, care, and attention to my specific problem areas. She took the time to understand my condition and applied the right techniques to help my recovery. I highly recommend Lana Thai Massage to anyone suffering from muscle strain, muscle tension, sports

As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

I had an amazing experience with the dry needling and massage treatment. The therapist was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly where I was experiencing pain and tension and the massage helped me feel so much more relaxed. I visit Zar once a week for sports massage as I am a runner and my legs get super tight. She is the only person who can successfully get into the muscles with a deep enough pressure to release them, but at the same time, has such a healing touch that the pain becomes therapeutic. Zar really picks up where the tension is lying in the body, without me even having to tell her, and she goes the extra mile to cover all body parts, even the back, because she knows the muscles are all linked. She is such a genuinely amazing person and I feel so lucky to have her as my therapist. I love this lady!

“I had a fantastic hot stone massage with Rachel to address terrible pain in my back. The massage was deep, focused, and relaxing, and she spent a lot of time on my problem areas, carefully adjusting the pressure as I needed. The experience was incredibly healing, and I left feeling like a massive amount of tension had been released."

I had the most relaxing and welcoming appointment and experience with Ambee and staff at Canary Wharf. I had the most relaxing back massage with appropriate amount of pressure which addressed tension and aches and pains prior to my waxing appointment. The technique of painless waxing and the ambience of the room left me feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. I will definitely recommend Ambee and her team. Highly recommend!

Emma was very friendly and welcoming. I had some pain in my back and feeling my muscles being tense from work so thought I’d pay a visit. My back is feeling much better, I left feeling really good, all the muscle tension/stress has gone. During the massage, I could’ve easily fallen asleep throughout it with how relaxing it was, I had to keep myself awake. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back at some point.

I’ve been to Ceilidh a few times now and I am genuinely starting to feel some long term benefits. Not only do I float home after my treatments but I’m noticing less pain and tension in my back and neck in between sessions. I am so grateful to have found Ceilidh and I feel welcome and safe the whole time I’m there. It’s definitely money well spent 🥰

Excellent experience with Adam. I have been getting treatment from October 25 for ongoing lower back pain. After it cleared up with Adam’s help I decided to make it a monthly check up with Adam to help with any issues in my back neck and shoulders to keep away the pain and tension and stay on top of things. Honestly can’t recommend Adam highly enough he does a superb job and I feel a lot better after every treatment 5*****
