As each visit happens I agree with Mark more and more. I know he is knowledgeable on many health issues. As the weather makes it more conducive to being more active, I am confident that what I am doing other than exercising, I'll be more aware of my body mechanics in order to avoid injury. Mark is moving me up to more strenuous exercises and it's like building blocks. One exercise at a time.
