Training for more than 20yrs but I found Matt 1 year ago. Disappointed that I didn’t find Matt sooner as I wouldn’t have wasted so many years doing the wrong things! Not only changed my body composition but undid all my bad habits, corrected my form so I now train without getting injured and also hit the correct targeted muscle for the exercise being executed. An absolute investment worth spending on yourself. He’s a man mountain who knows his craft and practice what he preaches. Super friendly and very approachable.

Been a client of Kieran for years now since Lockdown. The levels of training are just unreal now. The technical expertise that are now on hand at Omnixbox are incredibly hard to surpass. Whether it's just getting fit to Honing your Combat arts, there is someone at Omnixbox can help you. By far my favourite place I've ever trained at and by far Kieran is my favourite coach I've ever had. Hats off to Kieran and the Omnixbox team for building something that so many try but just can't seem to get right.

I can’t recommend Chayenne enough as a PT! She is patient, motivating, and supportive. What I love most is that the workouts never feel repetitive or boring. I’ve had some injuries in the past, and she adapts the exercises so well to make sure I can train safely while still making progress. That gives me confidence and trust in her. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your progress and makes training both effective and enjoyable, Chayenne is the one!!!

Finally, I found John via a recommendation from my new Personal Trainer. I tried literally dozens of remedial massage / Chiro / Osteo services locally, which either did nothing or made the situation worse. I have had three appointments with John now, and my back is 95% better. No constant pain or having to take strong pain killers like the past 6 months. John certainly knows what he is doing. It turns out my back was not the real issue; it was my quads & hamstrings being super tight, causing pain in the lower back muscles. Highly recommended from me 👍

Absolutely fantastic - Andrew was thorough, considerate, and clearly really knows his stuff. I really enjoyed our conversation and have lots of great stretches and exercises to bake into my training. My lower back, and legs are feeling much looser and relaxed too. Thank you so much!

SB uses her extensive training, experience and intuition to locate and heal parts of the body that hold stress and trauma. Additionally, her attentiveness and compassion make you feel like you're her only client! This experience is better than a deep tissue or hot stone massage any day.

I booked a last minute appointment after over training and not stretching. I was due to compete in a competition the following morning so I was extremely worried I wouldn’t be able to compete. I honestly can’t recommend Courtney enough. She went out of her way and booked me a last minute late night appointment (then came to find me when I got lost) She listened to me and really went out of her way to work on my injury. She also showed me some stretches to work on during my warm up. I was able to complete with ease and comfortably after her treatment. I will most definitely book back in.

What a great guy! Very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything in detail. As a runner, I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with niggles, tightness, or recovering from training. I had the most amazing experience completing my brow training with Holly. From start to finish, she was incredibly supportive, professional, and so easy to learn from. Her relaxed and friendly approach made me feel completely comfortable and never afraid to ask questions or make mistakes. Josh is a top guy! He isn’t just an instinctive and skilled physiotherapist, he is also a great listener, encourager and motivator. He is helping me rebuild my strength and confidence in exercise after injury. I really enjoy out training sessions. They are so much more than just rehab/exercise.

Known Kai Fong for a while now as I had another Personal trainer before this as all of the trainers are really friendly. After she left Kai Fong became my PT. He’s a very dedicated and patient coach who takes the time to explain to you the technicalities of each workout and what you should focus on to prevent injuries by performing in the correct form. If you like someone who is professional and personable without being intimidating, Kai Fong is a great choice!

Dani focuses on what you require for your goal. If there is a weakness, she will focus to strengthen that. Setup is well equipped, pushes you to achieve your goal. Having a lot of fun while training hard. Would highly recommend her services.
