This is my second time to experience Ikou and again the masseuse named ‘Made’ did not disappoint. Impeccable massaging technique and I even fell asleep while my back is being massaged.

A really great deep tissue/sports massage fron Pablo. I had a lot of tight essentials in my back, neck and shoulders and Pablo did a brilliant job of working it all out. Left feeling like a new man!

I had an amazing experience during my recent sports massage with Chris. From the moment I walked in the environment was welcoming and I instantly felt at ease. It’s clear that Chris is incredibly knowledgeable about sports massage techniques, and he really took the time to address my specific problem areas. I asked him to focus on my legs and lower back, which always seem to stiffen up from my regular workouts. His skilled application of technique and the right amount of pressure completely relieved the tension and removed and niggles I had. I can't recommend Chris enough

Steven is the best Sports Therapist I’ve ever been to. His knowledge is second to none and his approach was completely tailored from the word go. Really impressed - I felt a huge improvement after the sports massage and now have no pain in my lower back which is great. Can’t recommend enough!

Tim is a master in what he does. While massaging he explains every muscle that he is touching and where they all link. I go see him when I need something fixed. Truly magical. Best sports massage that I have ever had!!!

Another Great sports massage, Claire takes time to make sure you're massage is tailored to exactly what you need by asking you before she starts if you have any injuries or niggles and spends time to work on that area asking you if the pressure is ok, getting you a drink before your massage and asking you if you have a music preference, I would give Ten stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leyon is a skilled and deeply knowledgeable practitioner. I can't rate him highly enough. I've been to several sports massage therapists over the years, but he's been head and shoulders over everyone else in diagnosing and working with me to sort out many issue.

Im a regular at posture and poise and today I was having a sports massage with Rachel. I do like it with a lot of pressure to really get into the muscles and she does exactly that. She has great knowledge of the body and I highly recommend her for a decent spots massage. 10/10

Mes 2 filles de 10 et 12 ans et moi avons testé ce centre de massage thailandais, c'est vraiment très agréable. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, la musique reposante, les massages sont fermes et puissants. Pour les adultes, le massage est plus sportif mais permet de décoincer les tensions. Alors que pour les enfants, le massage est beaucoup moins appuyé . Mes 2 filles ont ADORE! A refaire!!!

Had a great experience with Annie getting a full body sports massage .As someone who lifts weights and trains frequently, I feel such a relief in all of the areas that were massaged and noticed a big difference when I returned to the gym a few days later. Will defiantly be back and recommending Annie to my peers

I booked for myself Therapeutic massage with Evelyn and for my friend hot stone massage with rawdah. We had an amazing experience the massage was amazing, Evelyn did a great job massaging my stiff neck and she was very experienced. I had a pain with my right heel for months, she massaged it until the pain is gone !! She also wrote for my friend Happy Birthday on the board as you walk in to do the massage. My friend did with Rawdah, she was professional with thr hot stones and massage. My friend was so happy and relieved after the massage.

I was recommended sports massage to help with a shoulder injury. Hannah listened to me about my concerns, checked in while massaging to make sure the pressure was good and that my injury wasn’t hurting. She made me feel a lot better. Got rid of a lot of stiffness from the gym too! Would highly recommend

My husband and I visit the salon every month, for nails and massaging. The girls are absolutely fantastic, respectful and experienced. Both Linda and Rosie are exceptional staff members. A big Hello to Lisa (Lithgow) she actually started us up with your salon. Gold star girls.
