First time with Gabby for a sports massage through a recommendation and I’m so glad I booked in. Gabby really knows her stuff when it comes to relieving tension and targeting the problem areas. A brilliant Holistic Sports massage, Zen Bodies are incredibly knowledgable and assisted with a number of the issues being experienced. I also had an indian head massage - which was incredible, and I would highly recommended. The studio is really lovely, clean and specious and your made to feel really welcome.

Phoebe is fabulous, so friendly and amazing at what she does. My whole body knows after 2 weeks it needs her magic touch. Cupping acupuncture and massage. Thank you what would I do with out her.

I feel really lucky to have found Phoebe for massage therapy. I feel like I am walking on air after each session and I always leave with a new piece of knowledge or something to explore. Phoebe has given me the confidence to try new therapies and I am really enjoying both cupping and acupuncture. She is very skilled, passionate and knowledgeable. The best gift you can give yourself is some time with Zen Bodies.
