Booked on for my first ever sports massage with Phoebe and couldn’t recommend her enough! Super welcoming and felt at ease during the appointment. I’ve came away already feeling better/more mobile and understand my symptoms much more too! Highly recommend!

Only ever seen cupping on insta. Mix of both(massage) with a very knowledgeable individual, who by the way is lovely. Made for a great first experience. Booking system extremely simple and massively impressed. Will recommend PJ and wish her well. Though not needed as a fab overall experience and sure she will fly going forward

Phoebe was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease with something I had never tried before it was a positive experience Although I will need more than one treatment I am happy to use her again as I feel it will give me the best chance of improving my issue

Highly recommend as she is very knowledgeable and Knew exactly what tests to get me to do to confirm the diagnosis. I was confident that I was diagnosed correctly and was then provided with some exercises to aid recovery and advice on what to avoid. I was also grateful that she was flexible on the appointment time when I had a last minute change of plans
