Sports massage dry needling and some acupuncture. Andrew is great at what he does always comes across muscle tigtness and I always feel great after it. Also with the acupuncture I slept amazing last night felt very relaxed. Very knowledgeable with his work.

I had the runners leg massage and although at times the sports massage felt painful due to tight glutes! It’s definitely worth it to get the legs feeling lighter again. Thanks Fiona 😊

Been using Andrew for a sports massage for years. He really knows his body mechanics. Hit a lot of tight muscles in my legs and hips. I also had a slight ache in my right hip and he was able to tell me the cause by a body analysis he tried a dry needle on the spot and it worked wonders. I feel so much better from it. Very knowledgeable and professional and the best about.

Andrew was helpful today, my first time trying acupuncture, not a massive fan of being a pin cushion but it wasnt too bad! He also gave me a massive elastic band thing to do homework, to help with the pain/ issue I'm having. Time will tell if its worked 🤞 thanks

No achs or pains thanks to my monthly deep tissue sports massage. It makes such a difference going regularly after your injury has healed up. Can't recommend Andrew enough.

Very knowledgable with a fantastic grasp of the biomechanics of the human body. Andrew was able to assess and diagnose my injury issues on the spot and then administer treatment there and then. I would definitely recommend him to anyone whether they need a routine sports massage or if they’ve an injury they need assessing and then treating with the appropriate course of treatment and excerices.

Couldn't recommend Andrew enough. Very respectful and calming. I have had back problems for years, doctors had just pushed prescriptions onto me with no help in finding the problem or fixing it. One session with Andrew and he told me what was wrong with my back and done a sports massage to relive the pain, years of pain sorted out in 1 session! I will definitely be back again and will never stop recommending him to anybody that is having the same troubles! Thank you Andrew.

This was an excellent treatment. Really needed a good deep sports massage. The treatment was great. Andrew was able to blend in acupuncture and other products to really enhance the treatment and I came away feeling more relaxed, both physically and mentally 🙋🏼‍♀️
