Emma has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is able to tailor treatments to meet your individual needs. She always makes me feel welcome & comfortable. Today I had Thai massage & Indian head massage. I was a ball of tension before I arrived, but after Emma worked her magic, I left feeling so relaxed and revived. I can’t wait to come back again. Always a warm friendly welcome with Sophie and Hywel. Had a few sports massage with Hywel. Can be very painful 😳😬 but always sorts out the problem. Highly recommended. 👌

Lovely massage, everything great but i still have the tension nodules inbetween my shoulder blades, will definitely book sophie again, but next time i think ill try the sports massage. I chose a relaxing full body- which was lovely and I really enjoyed- thankyou sophie.

After struggling with a bad cough I could feel my neck and shoulders tensing up and stopping me from sleeping. The sports massage with Hywel really helped eliminate the pain in my neck and shoulders and I now feel relaxed and pain free. Diolch

I came with my daughter to see Odette. It was her first time visiting a sports massage therapist. Odette put her at ease immediately and listened to her concerns. She felt great benefit from the treatment. We will be back (excuse the pun 🤣).

After having acupuncture to further assist with lower back pain, I feel great, no more pain or stiffness. Emma is very experienced in what she does and very knowledgeable to provide the right treatment. Emma also took extra time to show me some yoga stretches which can help the lower back, hips, knees. I am very grateful for this and will happily continue using Ems yoga and massage services.

I cannot recommend Emma enough. The environment is so calming and the all over body massage so soothing and relaxing.. I love her blends of oils and the addition of draig balm really eases the pain and stiffness of hip osteoarthritis. Thanks Emma.
