It was my first time with Daragh, she was absolutely fabulous. She made me feel very comfortable from the off. She full of energy and a great fun to chat with. She very polite and professional, and the massage (sports massage) was wonderful. Also gave me useful exercises for my bad wrist and thumb. Worked on tight muscles I never knew I had. Already booked in for the next one

Daragh was amazing, for only just being newly qualified she was perfect, sports massage was amazing and getting tight knots that I didn't even know that I had, I know I'm going to feel it over the next few days but I feel so relaxed, 100% happy

Currently going though a longer process of treatments to recover from a painful rotator cuff injury. So far received 3 treatments from Todd and must say his professional sports massage and techniques has made a tremendous improvement in short time. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been wanting to book my husband a sports massage for ages now, as my delicate hands get tired after 5 minutes of trying to massage his knots 🤣 but he just keeps saying there’s no point as no one can do it hard enough for him 🤷🏻‍♀️ anyway, we recently moved to the area and after seeing how uncomfortable he was today, I looked on the app and found Spalding Massage Therapy just ten minutes by car and booked an appointment for the same evening! I had a fantastic experience with Spalding Massage Therapy. Daragh was amazing from start to finish professional, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and tailored the treatment perfectly. The massage itself was outstanding, helping to relieve tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed. I cannot recommend William highly enough!! Knowledgeable, professional and effective. I have seen him primarily for knee pain and the “relief” post treatment is phenomenal. Don’t hesitate to book with Spalding Massage Therapy, they are truly first class!!

I went for a massage for the first time. It was a gift from my sister, so I didn't have high expectations, I was curious to see how everything would look. The massage was pleasant, relaxing, and the masseuse was nice and had strong hands.
