Very professional and thorough with Assessment and treatment. Charlie is knowledgeable which showed when he asked me about CES which gave me great confidence in him as so many Health Professionals have no idea what you're talking about, even in a Doctor/Hospital environment? I booked my next appointment for a weeks time in the run up to my next back surgery and am looking forward to the mix of strength training and Sports Massage on a regular basis. The laser that Alex uses in her treatments are a complete game changer, partnered with her expertise, knowledge, perfect sports massage is really helping me with my persistent pains, I feel amazing for weeks after the session, and having a monthly maintenance session is working wonders for my aching muscles. Absolutely amazing, Charlie is very friendly and very knowledgeable in what he does, massively recommend him to anyone In need of a sports massage or if they got any pains that’s been there for awhile and just won’t budge, he’s definitely the man for it.

I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Charlie is THE man! Charlie, was professional and made me feel at ease right away! He listened to the issue I had and took his time to find out where the problem was. The sports massage he gave was amazing, to the point when I went to leave the pressure on my back had eased so much! I’m a fitness instructor so my back is crucial to me and even after nearly 10 hours into the day I feel so much better and it’s only been one session. Would highly recommend Charlie.

On a wet and windy Saturday morning I was transported to south east Asia. With all the thoughtful tiny rituals the massage by Par was the best I've experienced for a very long time. I cannot recommend highly enough. My new favourite place for a relaxing but thorough massage. Thank you!🙏
