I had the most wonderful pregnancy full body massage and couldn’t recommend it more. Rachael was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The massage was deeply relaxing and helped relieve so much tension. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and much more comfortable. It was exactly what I needed. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at SB Sports Massage. Joe my therapist took time to understand what I needed, and the treatment was great. I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Overall, it was a very effective experience. Highly recommend!

After training and preparing over the last few months for the Chorley 10k run. I went to see Nicola for a pre race maintenance massage this morning. Nicola explained the reason she worked on my back and legs and is really knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t praise Nicola highly enough and I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends.

What a breath of fresh air. Been struggling with my shoulder for quite some time now and after seeing Daniel for my initial consultaion I feel a big weight off my shoulders (pardon the pun). We got down to finding the route cause of the issue and then spoke about how to strenghten before being able to work it without pain and rehabilitate it. Can’t wait for it to finally get better with help from Dan. Thank you mate!
