This was my third time having lymphatic drainage massage with Lainey. I’ve been seeing improvement in my energy after sessions (I have M.E/ long covid/ fibro). Lainey is calming & caring, she pays great attention to details of the treatment & ambiance, tailoring it to me as an individual. I’ve had many LD massages and hers are top tier. She’s very knowledgable. I will definitely try a deep muscle massage in future too as I’ve heard great things from others I’ve recommended her to! I see Lainey regularly for an hour's deep tissue/remedial massage. Lainey is so good at adapting her work according to what's needed. She finds the places that need more attention and I always come away feeling more at ease, and cared for.

Today was my first massage with Lainey and it was great! I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage, it really helped to relax me and release some tension that I had building up! I will definitely be booking in again, the whole experience was very relaxing and Lainey made me feel extremely comfortable from the off set :)
