I had a wonderful massage session with Naomi at Smart Recovery. This is the ideal remedy if you want to genuinely relax from everyday stress. Naomi employs rhythmic strokes and soft pressure, combined with the soothing use of hot stones, to release tension in the neck, and back . I felt totally rejuvenated and at ease when I left. I have been suffering with terrible neck pain. A bit of relief would have been nice, however after having a session with Naomi I am able to move my neck again without the pain.

Had a lot of tightness in my neck causing pain and restricting my movement , Naomi has hands like concrete and worked on the areas giving issues , All ready have more movement and feeling more flexible , Definitely be using her services again , Thank you

Not a bad thing to say & can't thank her enough for the massage! I've suffered from tension pain in my neck, shoulders, head and back since I was a child due to stress and I've never felt relieved of those pains until experiencing Naomi's sports massaging methods! She's so friendly, calm and ready to make you feel comfortable whatever way she can as soon as you book with her! 10/10 recommendation ❤️

I have been having problems with my lower back for quite sometime. I was recommended smart recovery and to be honest I was sceptical. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Naomi is so knowledgeable and it turns out that the pain was actually coming from my hips. I previously worked in a spa with lots of massage therapists and I will go as far to say that my massage at smart recovery was by far the best I have ever had! So professional and very talented. Naomi has hands of a goddess!! I do frequent flight travels as well as I have worked at a desk for the past 4 years so the knots in my neck and back are insane… however everytime I leave smart recovery I feel a massive difference instantly & even more so the next morning! Naomi was originally in Larne, and I have absolutely no problem driving to glengormley now to carry on treatment.
