Sam is a very talented masseuse and she certainly hit the spot in terms of finding the tension in my thigh and alleviating it! She is very personable and makes you, as the client, feel very comfortable. I've also done one of her retreat days which are great fun, whilst offering a good mix of exercise and relaxation. Would definitely recommend both services.

This was my third session and it was great. She is very skilled and has helped me a lot with my back/shoulder pain. She listens to me and comes up with different things I can be doing in my day to day life to help improve the pain. She is a lovely person and makes you feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to everyone looking for a sports massage, or even if they aren't! She had removed so much tension in only our first session alone and we are now getting deeper and finding the cause. She is amazing!!!

Absolutely amazing massage with Sam. Sam took some measurements before my treatment to see my range of movement and again after my massage. The difference was incredible. 24 hours later, I feel like the tension in my shoulders and back has now vanished! Wow! Professional, friendly service in a perfect treatment room. Sam has masses of knowledge and clearly is an absolute genius for healing. If you are on the fence about having a sports massage, consider this your prod off the fence and into the treatment room!
