I visit Dave frequently for sports massage for on going back pain and a recent injury. He always listens and puts me as ease, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve the tension in my muscles. I highly recommend his services

I went to see David after straining a muscle in my leg, which was really painful. Dave immediately knew what the issue was and treated the area with acupuncture and sports massage. I was amazed how quickly after the treatment I felt much better. David is so knowledgeable and clearly enjoys what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

David is warm and welcoming and listens to what the issue is. He is clearly very experienced and provided a view of what was happening with my knee/thigh pain problem. His treatment is thorough and the accupuncture works really well with the deep tissue massage. I would recommend.

I did my first Hyrox yesterday and ached everywhere. David worked on my sore muscles and has really helped my recovery. David is so knowledgeable and skilled in everything he does, I highly recommend him.

Excellent excellent excellent!!! I have already recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend again. I’m an ultra runner with what I suspected was an IT band issue, Dave debunked this super quickly, identified the actual issue and I already have a solid treatment plan in place to remedy the issue - all in one session! He’s given me the confidence to start (gently) training again and with more work I will be ready for my big races later this year. Thank you so much!

I like the way David adapts the treatment and doesn't just keep doing the same thing when there's little improvement. I've had three sessions and after years of treatment at other places really feel he's breaking down the issue's and correcting them.

This was my first time having a sports massage and it was brilliant. David talked me through everything and I found it fascinating to learn more about how the body works. I would definitely recommend David and look forward to returning.
