Absolutely amazing sports massage from David. I have had hip pain that has prevented me from running. David has sorted this out with a combination of techniques including sports massage, acupuncture and cupping. I feel so much more confident going forward to my upcoming hyrox. A 'side affect' of the massage is that I had the best nights sleep last night that I have had for ages. Highly recommend David - so knowledgable and skilled at what he does.

I went to see David after straining a muscle in my leg, which was really painful. Dave immediately knew what the issue was and treated the area with acupuncture and sports massage. I was amazed how quickly after the treatment I felt much better. David is so knowledgeable and clearly enjoys what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent excellent excellent!!! I have already recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend again. I’m an ultra runner with what I suspected was an IT band issue, Dave debunked this super quickly, identified the actual issue and I already have a solid treatment plan in place to remedy the issue - all in one session! He’s given me the confidence to start (gently) training again and with more work I will be ready for my big races later this year. Thank you so much!

Been coming to Nina for a few months now and every treatment has been exceptional. There is no one better than Nina, I’ve been going to her regularly for years. I am a professional dressage rider and she is one of the biggest reasons I am able to do my job to that level. Anytime one of my family/friends/clients etc has an issue Nina is always the first port of call to help fix and get them back on the road! Very highly recommend!!
