Tom listened to how I was feeling and about my injury. He was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and considerate. He explained what he was doing as he was treating me and has given me exercises and stretches to do in the interim with an idea of how long my recovery will be.

I have pain in my knee when walking downhill, this was my third visit in preparation for a 26 mile walk. Tom was professional and thorough and gave some really useful advice. He checked on my exercise & training progress, current pain levels, and massaged the tissue surrounding the knee, as well as stretching the joints. The pain is definitely decreasing every time I walk now, thanks to Tom

Another good session with tom as always

I've started going to Tom for some therapy on a hip injury I had last summer which made me nervous I'd never be able to run again (I've been an avid runner for 45+ years now). Once it was healed through the amazing PT Tom did for it, I continued with sessions. I've been feeling so great ever since I started with the PT, and just last weekend I ran the Brighton Half Marathon in my fastest half marathon time in over 10 years! I'm so relieved and pleased with the therapy & strength exercises given to me to keep my 55 year old body injury free. 😉😂 . Thanks Positive Touch!

Excellent consultation and treatment.

Tom spent time asking me questions to find out all about my knee pain and what I had tried so far before he did a full & thorough assessment, assuring me it wasn’t serious. He suggested certain exercises for strengthening and a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. He emailed everything to me that evening.
