Always a great experience at KB! Kristy is phenomenal (and has great chat!) and Ben provided not only an excellent treatment for my chronically sore shoulder but also gave advice guidance on things to do that will help relieve the pain. Only wish I had more time to come more often!

2nd sports massage with Ben. The difference in my aches and pains and also my mobility is amazing. Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had!

I've been going to see Ben for a good few years now. If your doing any kind of training or just need to be reset then you have to go for some sports therapy with Ben. Those thumbs of his will get any knot out your back, loosen up those tight calf muscles from running, get those peck and shoulders back firing on all cylinders for your benching. If your spend so much time on your nutrition and training hard in the gym, your body needs to be massaged back to full health. You will feel amazing afterwards. I Highly recommend Ben and those thumbs of his.

My neck and back sports massage with Ben was out of this world! If you are looking for a proper sports massage KB holistics is the place to go! Professional and very reasonably priced.

Another really thorough sports massage from Ben was badly needed to fix both upper and lower back issues. I'll feel tender for a while but I have much greater movement ability in my neck. Would recommend this treatment to anyone and everyone.

My legs have been swelling off and on for some time and I came across KB holistic and sports health clinic. Kristy knows exactly what she's doing, explained why it happens and what she will do to eleviate the swelling. She also advised on what I can do at home. I came home feeling great and my legs felt so light. Absolutely amazing.
