My experience was excellent. Lovely calm warm environment. Sam spent time understanding my health needs and the sports massage relieved my symptoms. I was given helpful follow up exercises to do.

This was my third session and it was great. She is very skilled and has helped me a lot with my back/shoulder pain. She listens to me and comes up with different things I can be doing in my day to day life to help improve the pain. She is a lovely person and makes you feel so comfortable. She had removed so much tension in only our first session alone and we are now getting deeper and finding the cause. She is amazing!!!

The difference was incredible. 24 hours later, I feel like the tension in my shoulders and back has now vanished! Wow! Professional, friendly service in a perfect treatment room.
