This was my first sports massage, l have suffered with chronic back and hip pain for many years and more recently awful foot pain. Three days after my session all of my pain had significantly reduced and today, five days later l still feel good. I would say my pain is 80% improved which has had an amazing impact on my life, l'm not limping around work and I am sleeping at night. I would highly recommend this therapy.

I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

As always a great session with Mark. Next appointment booked thanks to all those wonderful people on reception. I’m so thankful I found Taylored Fit Physio. It’s such a gem in a quiet corner of Durham.

Another good physio, sports massage, with Charlie Parker, which has greatly assisted with easing my shoulder and neck pain and tension. Much improved lateral head movement and I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Thoroughly recommend.
