I honestly can’t thank the Taylored Fit team enough, especially Maeve who is a miracle worker. I went there as a last resort after a viral rash on my legs left me in pain. I now incorporate my sports massage therapy into my recovery and it’s worth its weight in gold. Can’t say enough good things about this place, I wish I discovered it much sooner.

I’ve been suffering with my lower back for some time, Vicky listened and interpreted this into treatment. Not too much to have a major flare up and enough to aid my recovery. As always Deb quickly gets to the root cause of a problem, takes a holistic approach which has worked for a previous injury whether nothing else did. I’m sure this new issue will resolve just as well, so heading off with some exercises to start the first step in recovery. 😊

Quickly diagnosed my problem and treatment commenced immediately, inc self help exercises to assist with recovery.

Very thorough and really clear on how I can help my own recovery.

Nathan was brilliant again and diagnosed an additional injury that I had and gave excellent advice for recovery going forward.

I’ve been having physio and craniosacral therapy with Mark and attending Pilates at Taylored Fit Physio after being injured in a car accident. Excellent consultation with Lyndsey for my aching lower back. She gave me a full assessment, some gentle manipulation and advice on exercises to aid my recovery. It’s a very welcoming and well equipped centre. All the Covid precautions were taken and I felt very safe. Highly recommended.

I've visited Jason on several occasions for sports massage and I intend to do so regularly as part of my recovery strategy. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and has an uncanny ability to find sore points/restrictions I was unaware of despite thinking I was clued-up on this stuff! Foam roller, therapy balls etc are all well and good, but they're nowhere near as good as a competent manual therapist, and Jason is certainly a very competent manual therapist. I'd recommend him unreservedly.

Excellent initial physio session with Jodie. She listened and understood the issues I've been having and was able to pinpoint the areas of muscle pain / tightness quickly as well as start working on them. Big relief to understand where some of my aches are coming from and looking forward to steadily reducing them in future sessions.
