Proffesional, clean, and probably the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. She really concentrates on those problem areas and tackles them from multiple angles. Today I had my first appt with Naomi (physio) and she was excellent. She freed some of the tightness in my lips and back and improved my movement. She was also very professional, friendly and encouraging. Happy to recommend her to anyone needing a good physio.

Two weeks after my initial consultation and treatment with Naomi and I’m still pain free!, after suffering a shoulder problem for a couple of years. Today’s follow up appointment addressed another niggle I’ve been having with a thorough treatment where I gained so much more range of motion, I’m surprised and very happy with the results. Also, my Oura ring recorded what it thought was a yoga session. 😄 which is proof of how pleasant the experience was!! Also, I have to add the clinic is beautifully presented, you’re super relaxed as soon as you enter.
