Another great sports massage, as part of recovery 3 days after running a trail marathon. Lizzie know just how to sort my tired/tense/over-worked muscles, and make everything feel much better. Such a great massage from Faith. I’ve had a lot of issues with tightness down my right side including waking up at 4am every day with back pain (a good 9/10 pain!). You won't get a better massage in Weston-super-Mare. Very clean, warm and welcoming. Worth every penny and not overly expensive.

Had a sports massage. Which really worked wonders on my sore muscles, feel so relaxed after. Faith is a lovely person and really good. Booked to go again in a weeks time :)

Jordan really got into the knots in my back and massaged them out before doing some lovely stretches. All so very relaxing
