I was lucky to nab a last minute appointment, which I'm so glad I booked impulsively! My massage was with Lizzie today (IHM & back) and I'm currently sat in the car feeling wonderful. It's definitely given me the awareness of where I'm storing tension in my body, blew me away when she pressed on a trigger point just how far the tension radiated across my back, and I had no idea how tight I was and how much I must be compensating as a result. Lizzie clearly knows her stuff and has such a kind nature, it's obvious she loves what she does. Highly recommend ✨

I had a full body candle massage with Amy and she is absolutely incredible. She truly has a magic touch. From the moment the treatment started, I felt deeply relaxed and completely at ease. Leanne is an absolutely gifted artist with an incredible eye and a beautiful heart. I lived for a decade with a recessed lower jaw after an accident.
