With this longer treatment, relax fully as we massage deeper into your back, neck and shoulders. IHM helps to release anxiety and stress, it can increase levels of alertness and concentration, is mentally uplifting and can boost energy on all levels. 
*Please can we ask that you wear either a vest top or an off the shoulder t-shirt with a low back to it as we will need access to your neck and shoulders*
