A fantastic sports massage today from Ellie-Mae and her work experience student George who clearly has a good future ahead of him. I see Ellie-Mae on a regular basis and never come away disappointed just feeling great. I can highly recommend.

Im at the start of marathon training so coming back to Ellie to keep my legs ready! Had a full body sports massage today which was perfectly brutal! Ellie found knots I didn't know I had... I feel rejuvenated now! 10/10 . Highly recommended!

Mariia was absolutely incredible. I was in so much pain and full of anxiety when I arrived, and she suggested some Reiki with my deep tissue massage. She has such a calm nature and immediately made me feel at ease. I've had treatments for many years and she seemed to ease muscles I didn't even know existed! I've had some really disappointing treatments in Eastbourne since I've moved back here, but I'm thrilled to have found Mariia. When the treatment finished, it was like a weight had been lifted!

I am a hairdresser and suffer with the tension in my Neck and shoulders due to my Job I have just come out feeling a new person I cannot thank you enough!
