A 90 minute sports massage; this can be a full body (back, neck, shoulders and legs) massage or can be focussed on specific areas of discomfort. 

TMJ relief can be included in this treatment- just let me know before/ at the start of your appointment. 

90 Minute Sports Massage

A 45 minute sports massage focussing on areas that need it most. This can be lower or upper body only, or a combination of both; lower back, glutes, hamstrings and calves for example.

45 Minute Sports Massage

A full 1 hour massage around the areas you’re struggling with most. This can be a full body (back, neck, shoulders and legs) massage or can be focussed on specific areas of pain/discomfort.

Online forms to be completed before appointment. A short consultation will be carried out before treatment begins.

All massages come with necessary range of motion testing, assisted stretches during treatment and takeaway stretches if needed.

60 Minutes Sports Massage + Consultation

TMJD is Temporo-Mandibular Joint Dysfunction; very common in most of the population, it affects your jaw, face, head, neck and teeth. It causes general discomfort through the face, jaw, mouth or head, can be a cause of headaches, migraines and increased sinus issues or can be a result of grinding/clenching your teeth.

It can be assessed through palpation, your subjective history and any noise (clicking/grinding etc).

This treatment involves a 20 minute deep tissue neck and shoulder massage in prone, before lying supine for a 25 minute further neck massage, gentle facial massage and optional Intra-oral massage (cheek muscles and a deep lying muscle at the back of your jaw); this is done with gloves on.

45 Minute TMJ Relief + Consultation
