This was my 2nd visit . Phoebe did a deep tissue massage and dry needling on my problematic shoulders. I had a marked improvement after my first visit and am looking forward to more . It was my first time having dry needling treatment and am already feeling the benefits as my shoulders and neck feel more relaxed. I can highly recommend 👌

Visited Phoebe this morning for a massage as Im so sore with ongoing sciatica. She's so knowledgeable with injuries and suggested different ways I can improve my symptoms. Will definitely be revisiting to try other things she does such as needling and cupping!!!!

This was my 3rd visit to see Pheobe to help with me with my shoulder pain. Once again she was thorough and pinpointed the problem areas and treated them appropriately. I can highly recommend the dry needling treatment, it really is a revelation! 😃 Thank you

Had my first appointment with PJ, we talked through the issues that I carry with my back and shoulders. We set up a plan for a continual sports massage along with cupping too relieve the pain and release the tightness. Very impressed with the service, price and how friendly it all is. Thank you

Booked on for my first ever sports massage with Phoebe and couldn’t recommend her enough! Super welcoming and felt at ease during the appointment. I’ve came away already feeling better/more mobile and understand my symptoms much more too! Highly recommend!

Visited twice now to see Phoebe. The first for an injury consultation and the second for a massage combination. Knew all the questions and tests to help diagnose my issue and produced a well planned & easily followable plan to help recover. You might feel beat up after your massage, but the results that follow are exactly as should be. Released tension and tightness through my back and traps. She knows her stuff and you get a genuine feeling of her enjoying her work and wanting to help.

Really impressed with PJ Sports Rehab, Friendly and great knowledge. Fixed my lower back in one session and even sent me some stretches to help my least flexible muscle groups. Definitely coming back.

2nd visit with Pheobe today (forgot to review after 1st). Very knowledgeable, also very laid back. Diagnosis of achilles strain on 1st visit, rehabilitation program put in place along with some treatment and compression boot therapy. A couple of months on and I am back running with no pain. Been to see her again today for a massage and more compression boot therapy (give it try if you're suffering with tight leg muscles!) Ahead of a run on Sunday. Highly recommend this young lady, I will definitely be continuing to use her.

Been to Phoebe for 4 weeks now and she has helped tremendously with my recovery from Knee Replacement Surgery. Massage has relieved swollen foot and ankle and relieved pain in my calf allowing me to walk without pain.

When I arrived we talked about talked my injury and she explained how the massage would help. Phoebe also said what I could do at home to help it improve, she made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be a regular appointment for me. Thank you x

Only ever seen cupping on insta. Mix of both(massage) with a very knowledgeable individual, who by the way is lovely. Made for a great first experience. Booking system extremely simple and massively impressed. Will recommend PJ and wish her well. Though not needed as a fab overall experience and sure she will fly going forward
