Wonderful deep tissue massage. The room was relaxing and cosy (despite Core Therapies being in the middle of moving!). Natasha took the time to make me feel comfortable at every stage of the massage. I have been suffering with painful knots in my shoulders and neck and she did an amazing job of working them out. She also used hot stones and oils which were lovely. I feel relaxed, renewed and pain free!

My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

Richard might be a genius, twice now he’s sorted two different problems almost immediately.

Richard has helped me massively with my lower back issue. Very thorough, knowledgeable and professional at all times, making adaptations where necessary. Highly recommend.

Rich was very welcoming, warm and honest which I really appreciated. I felt at ease the whole time I was there despite the process being uncomfortable. I'm really glad I invested in him because he is super knowledgeable, he gave me a lot of clarity and I finally feel hopeful for my problems to be resolved. I highly recommend.

It was my first sports massage so wasn’t sure what to expect. Richard immediately put me at ease and assessed me to find out what was going on. This was very thorough and each step was explained. I will be getting a plan to follow which is great. Highly recommend to others 👍

This was my first visit and Richard was a good listener and patient. After hearing about my symptoms, and some testing manipulation, he explained his diagnosis clearly and forward treatment.

Always exceptional service and treatment thank you. Rich found me a space in his extremely busy diary and has helped resolve a muscular problem I had.
