I visited Loft, with a friend, for the first time this afternoon. We had a hot oil massage each, topped off with a glass of fizz and cake! The massage was amazing, the setting is just gorgeous and the cake and fizz made it the perfect afternoon! Thank you Loft, we hope to be back again soon!

I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time! Everything is done very professionally and made sure you know what’s happening and why, I honestly couldn’t recommend enough !

A very professional sports massage along with great background music. Politeness, smile and a great informal chat throughout. Walked away feeling great and free from tension. Will definitely book again!

Where do I start….. been having work done for a few months now. Generally was a bit tight and I felt like I wasn’t standing straight. Within 3 weeks of weekly treatments and I was as l was getting pretty straight and tissue was much looser. As someone who works a physical job, train Muay Thai and do a lot of extreme sports, always been active and never thought I was too tight as such but what a difference. My day to day life seems much easier. Alisha is a star and a pleasure to talk to so I always look forward to going in for work and that makes the process easier. Cannot recommend enough!!

Had a wonderful deep back neck & shoulder massage with Hollie which was so beneficial in helping with stress and tension. It’s not my first experience of massage at Hollie’s and it certainly won’t be my last. 10/10 xx

Gorgeous massage - relaxing and nurturing with enough pressure to sort out my aches and pains.

I managed to get an appointment at short notice and I am so glad I did. I like that Hollie has an online booking service so you can easily see what availability she has out of normal hours- makes it very easy to book. I booked a 40 min shoulder and head massage due to feeling a lot of tension in my shoulders and having tension headaches recently. The salon is lovely and welcoming (smells lush too). Hollie is a delight and makes you feel calm and settled straight away. The massage was wonderful. Literally felt the tension release and feel a lot better. Will be going regularly now :)
