I can fully recommend Jay as a massage therapist, as someone who gets a lot of massages, I think she’s the best in Wilmslow. Jay has a calming energy, so she sets the tone from the moment you enter the premises. The would highly recommend.

I have just had my 3rd massage with Jay at Sage Massage in Wilmslow. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. This creates a relaxed and calming atmosphere to unwind. Jay is very experienced in provided a first class massage. Jay is extremely professional and friendly and discusses what you require from the massage. I book a 90 minute Swedish Massage. I work in a job which causing tightness in my shoulders and back. Jay gets to work on the knots and by the end of the massage, I feel refreshed, relaxed with no tightness. I would 100% recommend Jay at Sage Massage for a quality massage.

I’ve had three full body deep tissue massages so far with Jay having never had any massage in my life before. Jay is a gifted masseuse and is very skilled at detecting the tense areas and works her magic to ease the issue. Honestly she is 10/10 and I’m definitely feeling much more relaxed and the ache in my feet, my back and neck have been miles better! Overall this has improved my confidence too - thanks Jay! I have had 3 back and shoulder deep tissue massage sessions with Jay to release painful tension in my shoulders. I would highly recommend Sage massage. Jay is lovely and very friendly and makes you feel at ease. The set up in the massage room lends itself very well for relaxation and comfort.
