Sam was so kind and patient. We visited a week before our appointment to ask about the process and Sam talked us through everything and answered any questions. On the appointment day again it was a very calm. We were completely put at ease. Wonderful service.

Got my Septum pierced with the awesome Connor! Thank you so so much! I was a little giddy and nervous but Connor calmed me right down and talked me through everything. I would have happily stayed to hang out, I felt so at peace! Looking forward to returning for a new ring!

I made the appointment for my 8 yo daughter for both lobes with Conor, and all i can say is that he made the process absolutely excellent and professional experience from start to finish. It was her first piercings and was a little concerned, but Conor took time to explain the process and with his calming and reassuring attitude made her whole experience natural and a pleasure.

Sam was brilliant. Had a helix piercing to put my deceased husbands earing in. Sam was really kind and considerate of my feeling and truly made me feel I belonged which is a hard thing to find when you're suddenly living life alone. She made the whole experience feel very special. Next to no pain and I can report it is healing beautifully and looks fantastic. Lovely chat with both Sam and Conor. Took my teenager to get her ears peirces today and found that the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were really patient and understanding as my child was super nervous. We only came away with one earring because of her nerves but she was super happy with it. So thankyou very much and if they ever decide to get the other ear done you guys are deffo the only place we would choose.
