Being a very tearful & overwhelmed menopausal lady, Natasha was very calming, amazing and lovely lady. You really did help me today, already booked my next one. Sam the masseur was very attentive and professional throughout the whole massage. I feel really relaxed and chilled and loose. I would recommend Sam to any one. Over all a great experience and well worth the money

Stan provided a deep tissue sports massage ahead of taking part in an endurance trail run, he talked me through what he was doing and managed the correct amount of pressure really well. He was professional and friendly and I'm already booked in for a recovery massage after the race.
